With only bill and tongue watch how the bird squeezed out part of the entrails from the caterpillar body, clinically checked no more unpalatable gut contents/faeces remaining before swallowed head first the whole caterpillar. What a meal. Note: The caterpillar has been id as Privet Hawk Moth(Psilogramma menephron).
