I have a great interest in all wildlife but birds are often the most readily seen. I have lived in Alaska since 1978 and have traveled, photographed and filmed extensively within the state. Still an amateur, I began filming digital video in 2005 and HD video in 2009. Though I do not neglect to film closer to home, I am currently in the ninth year of an endless project to film the birds of the Central American country of Belize. Through 2012 I have filmed 277 of the more than 570 species found there. My DVD “The Birds of Belize”, and DVDs on other community-based National Parks in Belize, are provided free of charge to educators and non-profit organizations in Belize for fundraising and educational purposes.IBC Personal statistics:
