Ron has been birding since January 1978, and he has had an interest in photography since the mid-1970's. Both he and his wife travel globally to watch birds, especially so since 2000, when he retired from his job of 25 years as a welder and his wife retired after 35 years as a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines. They both love birding and Ron has found a passion for digiscoping. Since his digiscoping started, he has accumulated photos of more than 3500 species of birds. They say that they hope their health allows them to keep travelling around the world to see more birds for some years to come.IBC Personal statistics:
