Raül has been a member of the staff at the Institut Català d'Ornitolgia since 1988 and he is in charge of the Catalan Ringing Office. Ornithologist and expert ringer, he has launched various ringing campaigns, especially in the Ebro Delta, focused on the study of passerines, especially Yellow Wagtails in communal roosts. Also, he has published some scientific papers on the identification of wagtails, moult and migration of passerines.IBC Personal statistics:
