Philip Griffin was born in England and grew up in Western Australia. He currently lives in Adelaide, South Australia.
Many of his photographs of reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates have been published in books and scientific publications.
He has travelled to countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, South East Asia and North America frequently combining nature observation and photography with his professional activities as a musician.
