Nick Talbot

Nick was born in Newcastle, Australia in 1964 and currently lives in Melbourne. He started bird watching at Laurieton in NSW in 1972, but didn't become serious about it until he took a birdwatching cruise down the Daintree River in North Queensland in 1997.
Since then, he has watched birds in every Australian state and Territory as well as the Solomon Islands and Bali in Indonesia. In January 2004, he got his first digital camera, a Nikon Coolpix 4500, which he uses to take videos. In January 2005 he bought a spotting scope and a tripod for digiscoping birds.IBC Personal statistics:
