Guto Carvalho

Guto Carvalho was born in São Paulo, Brazil and has been interested in birds since carrying out a primary school project at age 8. He is a Brazilian birdwatcher and he organizes the AVISTAR – Brazilian Bird Fair as a contribution to make birdwatching more popular in Brazil and thus helping conservation.
Guto thinks of himself as an animator and loves to study and register the motion of nature, from birds to clouds, from hi-speed to time-lapse videos.
Guto worked as an advertising film director for several years and currently runs the Tijd Productions studio doing film and video in São Paulo.
