David Kennedy
San Diego,
California, USA
David Kennedy became interested in bird watching in 2007, when several hummingbirds made their nests on his patio. After viewing the amazing video images from a small video camera placed over the nest, he was hooked.
Today he enjoys experimenting with tiny high-resolution video cameras. The cameras are connected over a microwave link and record close-up pictures, video, and time-lapse images of the bird nest activities.
David studied biology at San Diego State University, but ended up working with computers and digital imaging systems. He lives in San Diego, California, with his childhood girlfriend, Roberta, 3 cats, 3 rats, and about 20 tropical fish.
