Chris and Megan Perkins live in Faversham, UK. They work in a Strawberry farm; Megan as packhouse manager and Chris as harvest manager. Their interest in birdwatching began in 1995 when on a trip to Israel. They are enthusiastic amateur birdwatchers combining a love of travel with a passion for birdwatching. As Megan is South African born, their frequent trips there provide many good birding opportunities. A trip to Costa Rica in 1999 saw an instant fascination with the Neotropics born, and to date there have been further trips to Ecuador,Peru,Venezuela and Brazil.They have also visited Kenya, Gambia, Namibia, Goa, Thailand and Malaysia.Megan is a keen photographer,while Chris does the videos using a Panasonic NVGS 400.
