Brendan Marnell

Brendan is an amateur gardener and musician, quite sure about what he thinks is beautiful and enriched by the search for and enjoyment of such beauty. He shoots stills of alpine flowers, daphnes and ericacea in his Dublin garden and in Himalaya and Pyrenees. He recently began to videograph raptors in Crete and Spain with advice and encouragement from members of DVInfo Forum, one of whom introduced him to the IBC. Brendan particularly enjoys close-ups of graceful flight of vultures, eagles, buzzards and kites as well as birdsong. He is finding a big challenge in showing on video that the wingspan of a vulture gliding by is up to 3 metres. He may add a website to domain name videoraptors.com but might happily settle for the fun and superior range of facilities offered by the IBC website.
