I work as Data and Administration Officer at the British Trust for Ornithology in Scotland. I started out my bird photography with a Panasonic Lumix FS-7 compact digital camera and the attachments for an Opticron 'scope. I still use the Opticron scope but now attach a Canon EOS 550D with a teleconverter. Hopefully will work myself up to some decent Canon lenses in future. Most of my photos/videos will be from Scotland but I do have family in Australia and hopefully I will be covering more Aussie species on my next trip.IBC Personal statistics:
