Taxonomy: Melignomon eisentrauti Louette, 1981, near Grassfield, north-east Liberia.
Forms a superspecies with M. zenkeri, which it may meet in Cameroon. Monotypic.
Distribution: Sierra Leone, Liberia (Mt Nimba, Wonegizi Mts), SW Ghana and SW Cameroon; reports from Ivory Coast require confirmation.
