Taxonomy: Stilbopsar stuhlmanni Reichenow, 1893, Badjua, on plateau west of Lake Albert, DRCongo.
May form a superspecies with P. kenricki and has been considered conspecific. Monotypic.
Distribution: SW Ethiopia, S Sudan (Imatong Mts), extreme E DRCongo, SW Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi, Mt Elgon (Uganda-Kenya border), W Kenya and W Tanzania (W of Rift Valley).
