Morphology,
distribution and vocalizations suggest that this species’
closest relative is L. dorsalis. Monotypic.
Distribution: Extreme SE Sudan, Ethiopia (except N & W), Somalia (except SW) and NW Kenya (L Turkana basin E to Marsabit).
