subcorniculatus Hombron and Jacquinot, 1841, Seram, Moluccas.
Forms
a superspecies with P. fuscicapillus, P. moluccensis,
P. plumigenis, P. buceroides, P. cockerelli, P.
eichhorni and P. albitorques. Formerly suggested that all
may belong to a single species, or that present species may be
conspecific with first three of these. Monotypic.
Distribution: Seram, in S Moluccas.
