Ochre-breasted Tanager (Chlorothraupis stolzmanni) - HBW 16, p. 322
French: Habia de Stolzmann
Spanish: Tangara Pechiocre
Taxonomy: Phoenicothraupis stolzmanni Berlepsch and Taczanowski, 1884, Chimbo, Ecuador.
Molecular-genetic evidence indicates that this genus may form a monophyletic group with Piranga and Habia, and that all three are more closely related to cardinals (Cardinalidae) than to true tanagers. Races weakly differentiated. Two subspecies recognized.
