Taxonomy: Camaroptera griseoviridis harteri Zedlitz, 1911, Canhoca, north Angola.
Often treated as a race of C. brachyura, but has green tail and whiter underparts and is genetically distinct; the two meet without evidence of intergradation, despite occurring in same habitat. Monotypic.

Distribution: Escarpment forests of WC Angola from Luanda E to Mulanje, S to Cuanza Sul.
