Taxonomy: Harpes rediviva Gambel, 1845, Monterey, California, USA.
Forms a superspecies with T. crissale, possibly also including T. lecontei. Two subspecies recognized.
Subspecies and Distribution:
- sonomae Grinnell, 1915 - SW USA (N California).
- redivivum (Gambel, 1845) - S California and NW Mexico (NW Baja California).
