In April of 2008, a very brave baby owl stood just inches from our picture window, the object of intense interest by our two cats, Sizzle and ZoeGirl. We later discovered a family of six owls that had taken residence in a tree beyond the creek in our backyard. These sounds were recorded just inches away from where some of the owls were sitting in June of the same year.
