Initially thought this was a black vulture. But the head is not wrinkled, so if that is the ID, it has to be a juvenile. However, the feathering in juvenile black vultures goes up onto the crown of the head; this bird does not show that. Moreover, the structure of the head and beak seems more in line with lesser yellow-headed vulture than black vulture. Any other field marks that I missed?
