This was taken at our home in Amsterdam, 2 Alexandrine Parakeet together with a rose-ringed parakeet (top). Although looking very similar you can see that the Alexandrine Parakeet is larger and has a red spot on the front of its wings. It is estimated that there are around 2000 rose-ringed parakeets living in the parks of Amsterdam, how many Alexandrine Parakeets is unknown, but i see them less often than the rose-ringed parakeets.
